Former Oconee County baseball coach Stan Fricks passed away Sunday night. Fricks, who led Oconee until health concerns forced him to step away in 2015, was going to resume his coaching career at Prince Avenue Christian this spring.

Funeral services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Oconee Presbyterian Church in Watkinsville. The church is right next door to Oconee county High School..
